Ok, I'm not going to be very heavy on the rules here. Strictness on forums bugs me greatly. "THAT'S OFF-TOPIC! STOP IT!" Off-topic is wonderfully fun, in my humble opinion. Anyway, here's a few things I'd like you to keep in mind.

1. Please don't be rude. Be sarcastic all you want. If it's all in fun, that's cool. But don't be mean.

2. No excessive cursing. Unless you're quoting Samuel L. Jackson.

3. No nudity. Unless it's in a PM to me and you're really, really hot.

I think that's the gist of it. If'n I think of more, I'll update this topic.
